You could always just upgrade your internet by getting a faster modem or switching to a faster internet provider to decrease your lag issues...

That will fix nothing because your internet speed is irrelevant

yeah, internet speed means nothing it's all just a huge lie played out by ISP's in order to earn more money.

a guy with really 'slow' internet will always lag the same as a guy who has really 'fast' internet, thanks Kouji for sharing this life secret with everyone, I can finally downgrade my internet knowing it'll make no difference

Kouji was saying your internet speed is irrelevant when its the server's problem.  

Server connections are a two way lane, it isn't just the servers problem.  

Fyi the server is already verry stable it runs on bread

200 pounds of bread are used every day to power the server.

device kinda play roles in individual lags. i never have any issue on my pc. no freeze, lag. but every 15 min my ipod freezes and i gotta like shut down the app and restart it. btw its ipod 5th gen, been through a lot of jailbreaking though. its not jailbroken atm.

i think internet speed is irrelevant to server lag. but ur internet speed does affect on ur screen causing lag and u appear laggy on the other player's screen.

general server lag just happen when there's **** ton of people sending and receiving data from the server. i assume you guys know this better than me.

It does not work that way so ima try and explain it

Server is point A

And your router is point B

If you upgrade point B then the signal is going to go faster towards point A

However if point A is bad then it will still take ages sending you the signal back which would result in lag and delay

That's why the server must be updated , yes your own internet speed matters but only to a certain extent  

The only thing you need upgrading on the modem is the stability. Having super fast internet doesn't matter on Graal
