What your referring to is an MMORPG, things like World of Warcraft and ArcheAge are exactly like this. The closest things to this within the Graal universe are Delteria, Unholy Kingdoms, and Zodiac. Personally, I think that Graal cannot even compete with some of the better MMORPGs on the market, so if your looking for something like that to play, some good MMO's are:
World of Warcraft
Guild Wars 2
Final Fantasy (The MMO ones)

There are also quite a few MMOs coming onto the market soon, that look amazing. Some of these are:
Black Desert Online
Everquest Next

There are plenty more good animes, these are just some I pulled from a long list of amazing work.

Good Animes: Blue Exorcist, DBZ, Kirby: Right Back at Ya' (cuz why not).  

Honestly, i'm not very hyped for Black Desert, the PvP is extremely limited and the game is just a grind to get to the highest level, which is practically impossible due to the fact that you lose loads of XP on death, and the cap is absurdly high.
