Excuse me if something similar was posted; I dont remember if this exact issue was addressed.

In the past when custom graphic uploads were rejected, the uploading staff would select a reason from a predetermined list. Reasons such as: "shield is too big," "incorrect dimensions," "dont use solid black and white," etc.

I recently tried uploading a couple items, both of which were denied with no specific reason.

Sorry the upload has been disapproved because of: Do not resubmit this image. Do not resubmit means that you have submitted a bad file and we would prefer if you not submit it again as it falls under a broken rule or something of that nature..

This is really annoying. The reasons that were given in the past were helpful to correct the image. Why arent uploading staff able to give reasons anymore?  

I have had this when I have corrected it multiple times, have u uploaded it frequently in a short space of time?  

They haven't changed, but it depends on the staff member that disapproved it. Some may choose the reason why, i.e exceeds 128kpb, transparency issues etc. while others may choose the do not resubmit aka this file looks wrong but I can't explain why, don't reupload it.  

I got 3 rejections the last few days (on 2 different images), all 3 gave the default "do not resubmit," all 3 were at different times of day. (finally got 1 accepted though after changing nothing)

Sorry, after seeing this 3 times in a row I thought they got rid of the specific reasons. I guess i just got unlucky on the other side.

If some of them have dont know why theyre rejecting an image, then why are they allowed to check uploads?... :/

It means the reason they are denying it is not listed and it probably means it is actually an error with the file and not just them using it to generalize a transparency problem or something.  

It means they are having a bad day and DO NOT ****ING RESUBMIT YOUR TRASH CUSTOMS.

That reason should only be used after a player has uploaded the same upload multiple times and got it rejected to send a message to stop uploading that custom. It's also used when all the other reasons don't apply but that's a rare occasion
