So taunt (gst item) is an item where you do a sort of twerk, by Changing your gloves you change the colour of your majestic bootys skin, so why can't I change it to a VIP colour, any explanation ?

Only bodies support color-swapping. I'm going to make an assumption and guess the butt graphic is swapped out manually with various colored versions... Simple with the 16 default colors.... Impossible with the hundreds of VIP colors.

What if there was some way to sample a detail on an indexed body graphic instead of switching out the colors? I understand what dusty meant by saying that it switches out 'manually' (if bodycolor = green, set butt shake graphic to green-butt-sprite.png), but wouldn't it be easier to just have the sample color be expressed through the color value of the skin tone instead of swapping out 16 different image files?

Maybe logic like this is why we're having some lag trouble... not on the micro level, but a macro level...?

The taunt item is really old (one of the first GST items), I don't think back then the admins were advanced enough to do stuff like that
