One thing I will say is that your 5000-kill minimum requirement is going to make it extremely tough for you to tower successfully, because every single guild that is successful "noob recruits" on a mass scale, so to compete with them you've basically got to emulate that

At one point in time I had all guilds maxed. It seems like players with less kills are more likely to leave. Then there is the long process of going through each one and removing them

Also, when I was maxed or even when I'm towering with other guilds, it's so time consuming to have to go through every single message that every single person posts. It's setup so I have to click on every single one for it to go away. Is there other chat options, like maybe a chatbox so I can read it without having to stop killing?  

You need to go through your sub guilds every other day and click on each player to see their last active time, which shows when they last wore the tag, which generally shows if they still help your guild or not. If they haven't been on your sub tag in 3-5 days, you should probably just kick them.

And people are going to leave your guild all the time, that's something you'll just have to deal with, but just because they leave the guild doesn't mean they didn't help it come closer to the goal. I've lead tower guilds and a big spar guild, probably 1% of the Graal population actually has any honest loyalty. Eventually people will stay with the guild.
