How do you setup your ranks?  

Under your guild, go to a player. There should be a rank box, fill it in with the desired rank. They may have to reset tag for it to come into effect

I know where it is. Sorry I meant like how do people like to name there rankings? Like lead, co lead or general, officer, etc.. And what type of authority do you give to each ranking

So nobody really uses it?  

Don't have long winded rank names, just have a symbol so it's easy to identify a lead.  

It's the empty white box when you click on your member  

Oh people use to set more of a structure but really if gotquite bit of hrs(guild) they arnt really needed[cause most would know anyway by the get to this fort or kicked being repeated endlessly lol]  

Normally its,
Leader (Ldr) (Full powers)
Temp leader (Temp) (Full powers)
Co leader (Co ldr) (Full powers except Guild news changing)
Permanent (Perm) (Only recruit powers)
Apprentice (No powers)

depends on your guild
since you are towering the apropriet ranks would be

Lead,Co lead,Recruiter,Perm ect.

Guilds dont use whole words as guild ranks anymore. In fact, now, its not even alphanumeric. Just switch to a different keyboard that has the most wingdings and other hieroglyphic symbols and rub your nose on the touch screen.
