It's not about maturity it's about being able to make rational decisions. Analyzing situations without involving emotions. An 11 year old is not capable of doing this. I studied child development, trust me.

I don't think I've met a 12 year old who acts like an 18 year old though. But yes, as it happens age is a number.

Anyways, why does age matter? Whether you're 15 or 30 you can be just as immature. It's unfair to say all younger staff members are immature and bad at their job.

Well your right about the mature thing but I bet that if thay DID have a age limits then half of the staff would be hired REMEMBER 9-18 people play this.  

The age limit should be set at 45+ that way we have mature, rational men only making decisions. Every administrator will be disposed of if they do not show ID. The new standards would be 45+ year-old white males. No women, children, or other races. Graal should be ran by a master race in order to last a millennium. This can be the final solution to Graal's problem.
