So for the past couple of days I been trying to tell to on support how I'm IP banned and I never did anything to deserver a ban and they keep saying "the account does not appear to be banned.
If you are still banned, please check the ban id to make sure you gave us the correct ban id" and once again like I keep telling them the ban I'd the message third message I sent to them was
so i come back to graal online classic to find myself banned but i have not done anything wrong again as i had a issue with my account being so called banned while using wifi thats why i dont use my account on the wifi anymore because i cant play which idk why but now i come back to graal and find out im banned on my 4g network as well now like whats going on here ? it keeps saying im banned for hacking and glitching and i havent done any of those things now im banned on my 4g/lte and i cant play on my wifi but i have 2 seperate ID ban numbers and i dont even know if thats even possible? idk if this is an admin playing aroud to be funny or doing it on purpose but i will like my account fixed please as this isnt even fare.
And once again they said to check the ban I'd again and like I told then before I'm IP BANNED!!! the account is fine like wtf -_-

Can someone help please because there so called tech support is not professional what so ever.
