Here is a complete list of the laws that must be followed if players are willing to help the public to ensure peace and safety amongst all.
Even I must abide to these rules :0
Article 1
A Service Member is a representative of the State and should act accordingly to their duty. The well being of the citizens are the highest priority, following public/private property, and then solely the service member themselves. Service members are to remain in a polite manner tone, even if the citizens do not cooperate, attack the player, or attempt heinous or petty crimes. Even so, the player must control their anger or their temper when dealing with uncooperative players. Failing to do so will have the player be surveil by an advisor from BoSS.
Article 2
The player under any circumstances may NOT attack a player or a tower while on tag or on duty. Service members are not permitted to do so due to Article 1. If a player is believed to have done this, the player will be given a court trial given by the Bureau of Safety and Security. If found guilty they will be removed effectively, if found innocent, then they will have an advisor from the BoSS surveil their work. To protect the Service member's from being harmed, the player is given the right to remove services, an act which will be investigated by BoSS, and will be placed on removed list permanently. *there are upcoming amendments regarding that the guild's can have a chance to regain their services, see Guilding Laws below*
Article 3
In the case of which players will take advantage of being a service member, there are certain guidelines that are implanted to deter such use. The Service Member-Espionage Act is a set of specific laws that prohibit the following: Spying on other towers for member activity, member count, member placement and defenses, using the Hospitality Act to sneak in and take towers, and or to provide distraction or warnings. Service members are not to interfere with other guilds towering, it is a form of laissez-faire for guilds. Interference or use of espionage will result in a court trial given by BoSS. There are also the use of impersonation, in which a player can try to sneak into a tower trying to convey the sense that they are a service member. Players such as these either try to take the tower, or kill players on sight giving the impression that a service member is attacking a tower.
Hospitality Act
Guilds must be expected to either remain neutral when a service member enters a tower, the service member must always provide a friendly hospitality, despite what treatment they should received. If a guild becomes too hostile, the service member has the right and powers to remove services from that tower.
Amendment 1 5/21/15
The establishment of the new region, Destiny, most guilds will be subjected to investigation by the BoSS in which they will personally grant back their services.
