Hello, i bought customisation pack on classic and it worked also on era and zone.
Why do i need to buy a new one on ol'west ?

West is a new server. Therefore the customization pack is not available unless you purchase the customization pack, or the plus version of Ol'West. I am not sure how it can work on era and zone, i am sure you have the Plus version for both Era And Zone, as they are free now, so it came with Zone and Era. You will need to buy it. If you do not want to spend real money, you can earn 3,000$ on Ol'West, log into facebook on a PC, and run Ol"West. Identify with your account on your iOS and go to shop on facebooks Ol'West, and you can purchase the Customization pack for 3,000 gralats!
