You shouldn't be entering the gst for a hat, it should be more about having some fun and trying to win as many matches as possible. Anyways, my last two gst hats have been edited so that they look better. If you aren't happy with the hat you have received you can talk to the admin/or player who made the hat and they will arrange the upload (Pretty sure we sent our versions of the edits to the admins and they forwarded it to xor and it was uploaded within a matter of hours, although you can't change the hat to much.)

I think you would change your mind if you actually made it believable that you even play the game or understood the principle that people will reject content they don't like. Next to nobody is going to be satisfied with being spoon fed the designs that they dislike, so telling them to "get over it" is an incredibly ignorant statement. If you ever would have a chance at winning a GST I'd put money on a scenario where you complain about the hats as well. The only reason you don't care now is because you know you'll never personally be affected.

See, now you're assuming I don't play the game because I'm not agreeing with your statement. Just because I'm not a die hard sparrer determined to win the GST, does not mean I'm incapable of determining when there's a good reason to complain and when there's not. This, is not a good reason.

All of the GST hats have been fine, as a matter of fact, most of them have been pretty dang good both concept and graphic wise. So to say they are "crappy" and demand to upload your own hat is "an incredibly ignorant statement" as you would put it.

Also, it's a hat. To complain to this extent over a hat is childish. You already have pages full of hats, is one more really a reason to complain? Even if you don't like the hat, it's still a representation of winning. You don't have to wear it, and I find it unlikely to hate all three of the hats provided to you for winning.

I know this changes nothing because people will complain about anything, but save your efforts for something that matters.

Go ahead, remove GST hats; who's stopping you? However, I recommend you leave these hats in the game. You need to listen to the majority of the community, because if you don't, things won't turn out well. Let's say you took a vote; Yes or no to GST hats? I guarantee you that "yes to GST hats" would win. If you do follow through and remove GST hats, your going to get loads of complaints rolling in. If that's what you want, go for it. GST hats are a great reason to compete in GST and it is quite nice to feel the pride of wearing one. It reminds you of your hard work and accomplishment. Thanks for reading folks; until next time! ^ Almost positive that isn't true, because 99% of this community are casuals or saltwheels that know for a fact that they'll never win a GST and they hate seeing other people get things that they can't so they'd love to see GST hats disappear, same argument for towering rewards, etc.

99% is a bit of a stretch... Removing GST Isn't positive towards the game... It's not an improvement.

Yes, there might very well be some "saltwheels" out there that don't think they'll ever win a gst. That doesn't mean the rewards for people who work hard and practice should be removed.

Maybe they should add special items you can buy, rather than those unsightly hats. (Assuming they're being removed lol)

If they are removed, then they must remove 1k hats as well, but that is then going to annoy a lot of people who are relatively close and/or on the way to 1k / working towards creating a good team for GST. I personally don't want any of them removed. I basically just wanted to know if there would be a problem with allowing GST to be uploaded by the players themselves......
