Vip should look like a gold star instead of the color it has, I think light yellow. Make it shine, it would attract more people.

As for the menu, 3 simple lines would be fine. That's how most menu icons look. People would know "This is menu"

If you want to be creative though, then a white shield, with 3 red horizontal lines, like shield1's colors.
