Can we have graal instruments , not just that lame flute like legit instruments you can pull out anywhere you want and it has a keyboard for pc users, and just the same for idev like the piano. We should also have music notes for people to learn and make instruments alot more fun!! This would also give a reason for people to turn up their volume!!
The instruments should be like
Piano
drums
trumpet
clarinet
guitar
electric guitar
etc...

If they put them in gst items , people would use them.  

Use the instruments in the hospital, use them.
