Most of them use photoshop to make their hats shine off.
They're not good at GFX really.

If you're good at GFX, you'd take the time to make it and finish it rather than forcing a program to do all the work for you

Almost anyone is free to join and honestly it's not that hard to get in judging from other people's work I've seen on the site...

Don't try acting like you know about pixel art when you dont, you just look like an ignorant fool. There is no program to make it shine you use a lighter shade or white to make it shine, stfu and gtfo

It's called pillow(or gradient) shading, and using a selection tool you can generally do it fairly easily, then go and blur or use the dithering tool. Never looks as good as hand done, but most people seem content using recoloring tools and shaders.

and there is photoshop. Didn't you think of that? You can shortcut in easy ways on photoshop
