Is it even possible for you to cheat or glitch with remapper? What if someone is using a keyboard with a few keys broken? They cant play?

Buy new keyboard, or manually update the registry your self.

Remappers shouldn't be against the rules either way. They're extremely popular in MMOs, and pretty much needed in high competitive play in those games.

They're not necessarily against the rules however. The way Graal's security reacts to the remapper is the issue. It doesn't seem to be an easy fix.

Regarding support being against unbanning Chun, it's possible that there's simply no way of knowing if he really was hacking, or using a remapper.

Hopefully you get unbanned, Chun!

It is a tool created to check various things when players are online. It my system detects the account as possibly having a hack tool running it will add my check to the player. I know exactly what happened to the account and it worked correctly.

Therefore, this is a support issue and a ticket needs to be sent in so that we can either remove the tool from the account or leave it based on the findings we get from the investigation.

So your ignorance towards my post is just that... Ignorant. Graalians is not a support site for your account problems. If you have an issue go to support.toonslab.com.
