Hey Rogue, in order to get the 1k hat a guild needs 1,000 tower hours. You get tower hours by conquering a tower and holding it, the profit from taking towers is the hat at the end, you get good kills from it and in some cases can make a name for your guild.

When the blob spawns, all you have to do is participate in killing it and you will receive slimy spoils after that will give you either gralats or a hat/mount.
