@marouke i responded to "list of delayers in..." saying those people didn't delay, what are you going on about lag for half of the page for? only read the first sentence btw that was unbearable.

your latency "basically" says how the game will be on your screen. I've been in basically every different latency from under 100 to over 5000 and really it don't really do much except tell you how delayish you are you don't really tell how laggy you are in my opinion! I've been in over 800ms situations and haven't lagged to be honest. However the delay changes are remarkable only because you're used to playing at a certain ms most of the time and when your ms changes considerably by 150+ it's like having to rediscover everyones delay again! The other day, I randomly sparred for trolls and my ms was like 300+ instead of 120 and under and aguzo couldn't hit me at all even though 99% of you guys won't believe me! Delay changes and I do think that anyone who lives somewhere with a 230-350 ms or really low meaning somewhere under 50ms range has the best "delay" even though for the under 50ms not really delay they find it easier to hit people in game!

I believe you?... Delayers can be beaten, but you need to get used to them / know that they delay first. No one has 50ms with the current state of the server. Here is the ms delay - lag point: Server count w/ #ms = ? North America 1000-1500 w/ 50-89ms = you good ![]() 1000-1500 w/ 90-120ms = internet is being used consitently (Facebook, Netflix) 2000-2500 w/ 100-140ms = you good (Server a little laggier than usual) 2000-2500 w/ 180-220ms = you laggy (internet usage) 3000-4000 w/ 180-300ms = you good (Server can't handle it's 1vs') 3000-4000 w/ 400-600ms = you are delaying a lot - hard |

Yeah I no longer believe if You have delay its the same experience on opposing players screens. There are definitely days I can hit people really easy and they have a hard time hitting me and vice versa. I'm not a computer science major and can't explain it but there are clear advantages of delaying in guild spar. Unfortunately on GST day everyone delays so whether there's any sort of advantage then I'm not sure. Toss up for who wins this year. Thallen a searching for a member to fill a spot.. Which is kind of hypocritical but his team won't be the same without Dante and Mk. Lots of movement on SKT side not sure what's going on with that mess and SLX if they can get their cores actually on and no one gets banned I see them having a good chance this season |

There aren't that much advantage on delaying, if someone delays on your screen you're delaying on his/her screen! I know a few people who have under 50ms, they're very lucky but then again they live literally right beside the server's location... But to be honest there are people you will find easy while others can't and vice/versa I think when it comes to GST the players who are more controlled and mature will win instead of less controlled as they will want to get a hit back when they get hit. It usually doesn't turn out well you end up rushing and losing the round for your team. We've reached a point where the upper skilled sparrers aren't that much better then each other in terms of skills imo. There are few things at the very small detail I'm trying to work and improve on but in terms of the core of skills it's not that much variant! Where the advantage in delaying comes is experience someone always playing at 300ms will find it easier then someone who doesn't! It's really weird you gotta consider both person's sparring ms. MIWolverine there is a reason why thallen won't spar unless it's like 2-3am he will get screwed over, his ms isn't the same as what he's used to when he spars during the day. |

He's smart he doesn't spar when it delays because it's not enjoyable.

Well it's good to know people's delay for gst but thallen is patient enough to not need it.

I remember thallen saying he doesn't like to spar during the day because the lag is unbearable and he finds it boring having to spar defensively all the time.
