VIP makes you lose customs

Yesterday I bought me a month VIP, and played abit on it. Then I decided to transfer my account to the VIP one.

On my "old account", I had 3 different customs uploaded, one body, two heads.

When I transfered the account I saw that I couldn't use my custom body anymore, when I try to change to it, it won't..

Because you can play on different devices, I thought I could log into from my iPad! You know what?

I couldn't use one of my custom heads anymore.

Now I have lost two customs on making me my transfer.
I can't even wear them so I can refund them.

First I cried, then I lol'd.

Probably they have been deleted. Else try to contact a staff member to get it cleared.

This has happened to some other people I know. I came up with four reasons as to why the custom is missing. One, it was already missing and when you transferred you had forgotten. Two, there was a transfer error and the body was unsuccessfully transferred to the account. Three, it was removed due to some violation of the rules. Four, the body was uploaded incorrectly making it unwearable (Happened to me before).

Your custom head is uploaded to the account, so when you create a VIP account and transfer items, the head probably won't work because it is on a different account than before. However, I never have had this problem..

They fixed it so you can now sell it on the VIP account.

Unaware, I just started my VIP account when it came out and everything was fine, never had any problems and never went back to regular account.
