How did you manage to pass English? But anyways, it's Unix that has the final say whether or not to upgrade servers. Xor is a manager in Classic.

Ok?  

They need an upgrade badly, but that wont happen sadly.  

The only true way the graal server will get an upgrade is if Unix-mad starts to see the money gains from classic drop , this would require less and less people to buy gralats , and a combined effort of people sending him videos via email and complaining about the server lag , if the crowd is big I don't think he will simply ignore it

He may not be from an English speaking country and/or he may be learning English. You have no right to judge how someone speaks a language when there are languages which you can barely speak.
