Cant Connect

For some reason when i try to go in graal it automatically says connection error but all the other graal games work fine. In fact i still get notifications when someone sends me a pm so idk why it wont connect. Anyone else have this problem or know how to.fix? It was working fine a day ago.

I'm having the exact same problem as you but I can only connect using my 3G.

Yesss exactly it doesnt let me play on the wifi for some reason since last night

you probably need to clear your DNS cache while on the connection that it isn't working with but I have no idea how to do that by phone

Turn airplane mode on and back off, should clear DNS settings.

If that doesn't work try reinstalling the application and resetting your network connection on your mobile device. (make sure your account is identified if it already isn't)

These are probably server related issues if you could submit a ticket to support.toonslab.com with the subject "Connection Issues" and include region, device, and whether it happens with wifi or mobile data, it would be helpful.

I did clear my DNS cache, reset my router, redownloaded graal still can't connect with home wifi it's like I'm seeing graal's starter screen and that's it(logged on graal and left it all day still the same green screen), it doesn't log me on and sometimes I see graal's starter screen with this notification that says you have been disconnected from the server I keep clicking reconnect 6 times then it crashes the app. I thought I'm IP banned (I've done strictly nothing for that) and asked shaydox, he said I'm not. I don't have a ban screen. I can only play with 3G and I'm really avoiding to spar lol if you see my pts for this season... But idk how long this problem will last??
