So no more Glicko for spar ratings?

It still uses Glicko, it always has. It just uses the rating deviation in the rank calculation, it also properly enforces a minimum rating deviation so people who win a couple spars don't appear on the #1 spot right away.

Ah lol. Seems useless to me and I thought it was disabled anyway so I didn´t think of that. Also I just have been online randomly in the last month.

I feel like all these updates are causing a bit more lag than usual lately. Yes, they are great additions. However, I think something needs to be done to either refresh the server to reduce lag, or compress some things on the server to make more space. It really has become a problem lately.  

I'm sure that the systems are poorly made and probably clashing.

This actually happens whenever something new is released, now just this system in general.

I mean all of the systems clashing. Every time something is added it just gets worse.

Then we need someone to look through it and correct any clashing, don't we? Any developers up for the job?  

I doubt that anything will be done until something breaks or the lag becomes unbearable.

There is no "clashing", or lag being caused by lack of "space". There could be multiple reasons that are external to Graal why the server is lagging. The server certainly isn't being "starved" by this new update.

When your server software handles over 1000 concurrent connections you're bound to have some lag issues.

I've sent a note to Stefan and will see what he can do, maybe all the server needs is a (npcserver) restart. I tried to talk to him about it last night but he was busy with other things.

Thanks! That's what I meant by a server refresh, as in the past it seemed to help when things are running slow for unknown reasons.
