Ability to Disable "Player was Killed by..." Notification

Is it possible to add an option that disables the "Player was Killed by..." Notification in the settings?

I'm talking about this thing that appears at the top of the screen.

It can be really annoying at times.

I would had posted this on the Zone Forums, but it was being reconstructed.

I think when you disable drop down pop ups it goes away.
