Slick im sorry for the misunderstanding. But before you guys signed that contract you guys knew yourselves what pressure the graalians were gonna put you through. To me you guys work hard I know. But what I was trying to say was we need some graalians on that contract asap and before anyone asks, yes I did sign up for Deputy about 3 times now.

This sort of falling in line with what I said in my response to your thread, supre, about how, if Ol' West is to see the growth that many of its players are wanting, it needs to eat all its fruits and veggies. It needs to be fed.

Slick's right, many of the staff are volunteers. Sure, there are likely SOME perks, benefits, but nothing in the way of payment, apart from that. No real money, which, honestly, is kind of sad, considering I'm willing to bet the ownership's pulling in a decent bit of money off Graal.

I'm sure a little something could be afforded. 40 hours a week, with a legit wage, benefits, no, that's a litte much, but something. It'd really fuel the fire too.

Kind of like something else I suggested once, discounted gralat packs, it's win-win. Help us help you. Devs get a little spending money. Players get their gralats a little cheaper. Owners get a better product, more money, etc.

Better experience for everybody.

Why would they pay "employees" when they work for free anyways? I mean like ofcourse it'd be nice but there will always be tons of volunteers willing to take jobs
