Pangu and TaiG rarely give definite release dates for their jailbreak utilities. TaiG's official Weibo does not make any mention of an iOS 9.1 or 9.2 jailbreak. Be sure to only follow their official web pages (Pangu, TaiG) and not other ones as there have been many copycat ones popping up everywhere. A legitimate jailbreak utility will not attempt to charge you to download, nor ask you to register your personal details, complete a marketing survey, install a provisioning profile, or download a commercial application for a certain amount of time. These are scams and are potentially dangerous. More details on how the scams work: Spoiler
Bottom line is: If it's trying to sell you something, don't click it.

I recommend just updating to 9.2 when it is released, as that's the version that is likely to ship with the iPad Pro. I don't think they will release a full jailbreak until they know it works on the new iPad.

Sadly, iOS 9.2 was not shipped alongside the iPad Pro.
