Is the surface good?
Ive been thinking of getting a surface but I don't know if its worth the price. I also would like to know if it can run client properly. |

What client? The Surface Pro version is good, works just like any other computer. Surface RT is not as good, but still a cool device to have. |

The surface can definitely run the Graal PC Client. Not sure about Facebook

The newest Surface is a great gadget, the RT is the worst.

I plan on getting a Surface for when I head off for university in ~2 years. At that point, will the Surface Pro 3 (currently ~$900, will drop in price when I plan on getting it) still be usable ("usable" meaning not obsolete/missing newer important features) for the next 4-6 years after I purchase it as my main computer, or will I be better off dumping ~$1500 into whatever model is the latest at the time? Will mostly be used for note-taking, pixel art, web browsing, and light gaming (think GraalOnline, Clicker Heroes).
