I have a problem and I'm pissed

Okay let me explain my little brother used and ghost potion in era and a few seconds later he got jailed and when I loged on I was jailed also so now we have to keep it on the jailed screen for like 24 hours or get released on January 6. So now I'm pissed at era and I want to know why it thought my brother was hacking
