That's pretty selfish, only giving a idea if you get it free.

Sometimes yes sometimes no. Depends on how good the idea is and how manny people suggested it. Like when everyone would want to have airplanes since ages it would be hard to find the original person who got that idea first. Also it should probably be something more awesome. I do know that iEra players seem to get the item they created.
