I would never actually be able to sell my account because to me the account is worth more than it's worth to other people.

Guy/girl? I know a girl who did this too(her actual account was even better than the one she bought, she just wanted a stupid hat), can't possibly see why, buying accounts is no fun on most games and a waste of money especially on Graal because everybody will know that person bought it and nobody really cares about stats as much as people think so buying old accounts to impress people is a terrible idea. It's a violation of the game rules to buy, sell, or trade your account if you see somebody trying to do either of these report them. |

well it's difficult to middleman these kind of deals cause the account owner has to give their e-mail details associated with the account as well (to grant entire access to the buyer and no revokes) so ya, I wouldn't recommend making transactions with complete strangers..

First off, this entire game is illegal yet it's making millions, so chill. That being said, selling your account is neither dark nor illegal; I am unsure what this drama is about. If you can score a top-notch account for a few hundreds bucks and it seems worth it, do it. If you want to "follow the rules", the only license clause that is questionable but also debatable is this: You may not use, copy, modify, sublicense, rent, sell, assign or transfer the license granted pursuant to this Agreement except as expressly provided in this Agreement. But there are other portions of the license that explicitly indicate that account sharing or transfer is legal: User Information. Former Users. Users whose accounts have been terminated by any Graal Online administrator or LINUX Cyberjoueurs himself may not access the Graal Online system in any manner or for any reason without the express written permission of Cyberjoueur. Active Users may not knowingly allow former Users who have been terminated to use the active Users' accounts. |

In the legal world, you cannot just have some personalities walking around saying, "I make the rules! What I say goes!" Then you end up in the Michael Jackson version of The Whiz where everyone is enslaved like abused children to the whims of a queen of hearts. LEEEEGALLY speaking, the license agreement is what holds up in court, which is what his question is. I just reviewed both the rules of conduct & license agreement on the accounts, which in the real world is all that matters—as per his question. If someone wants to do such things they ought to not ask permission, and just do it. If he wants to follow Collin's wishes or these unagreed rules, that is his choice and they've been listed in this thread and don't need re-emphasized in contrast to my comment which was addressing the end-user Terms & Agreements (which is what the thread title was technically referring to when it said legal). |

Sounds like a huge waste of money. Ok you get an account with really high ratios, but if you can't keep that ratio up, in the end it becomes the same as any other account. |

These user-agreements and conducts have not been updated since 2003 and when discussing trading/selling items it talks about doing so for other items/currency found in the game and were written for PC servers that actually have a trading system implemented. The bolded part about not letting a terminated user on your account is there because if somebody has their account terminated then they should not be accessing the game which they might try and do so by using a friends account in which case that is a violation of the rules because said friend is helping a terminated user access something they shouldn't be, it does not state that sharing accounts or selling them is legal in anyway. It has been said many times and multiple people have already been warned/banned for trying to sell accounts or trade accounts a main factor most likely being the age group of this game makes people very vulnerable to being scammed, robbed, and taken advantage of. Administration has all right to deny the action of selling/trading accounts and if they so choose to say it is against the rules to do then you must abide by their word. |
