To start off you usually wanna choose a skill to major in such as mining fishing or woodcutting you start off 250 gralets spend those on fishing rods, picks, or axes as you continue to make money invest in farm plots and bug jars

-Guns

Guns are a must for basing and sparring guns are some what cheap in ol west the first gun you would wanna invest in are the snubs you can find them at the gun shop nearest spawn in the room to the right of shop

-Basing

Usually you can get a recruit into any basing gang by asking for tag just pm a lead or a leader and usually they will recruit you unless they don't want you in the gang or the gang is full while basing every minute spent in a base will get you a gang point these can be spent at the gang point shop in the top left hand corner of the map

-Events

Not everyone is the best at events but usually you want the best items most of the best items are event items with practice and hard work you begin to get better at events a receive horse shoes

The repeating rifle is a good starting gun too lol.

I remember at the start of ol' west. The aim was to get the repeating rifle.

Lol, those days. Now it's like the kraken, wings, TH2014.

no, it's el salvador/el slavador.

ol west is the easiest to get started in

yes, it is. And very easy to get used to. Some people say they don't like the player/user database. But i love the way it is. The tutorial was quite fun on day 1. xxi, and ICE where big helping the players and greeting them. Very fun
