But do realize this:

By creating this thread, OP not only opens up discussion with those who agree with the topic but also with those who disagree.

Religion is an umbrella topic, you mention it and your either support it or not. The choice is up to you.

You can also chose to ignore the comments made against the topic since you can't really bar a person from speaking their mind.

But once you get into the argument with the other side then it's part of your problem now.

Don't go pointing fingers at "whoever started it," that's straight childish.

Don't get me wrong, I don't give a **** about what your religion is.

I just give a **** about people who pretend they give a **** about their religion.

Which is really all I'm here for if you couldn't tell from my first couple of posts.

I'm well aware of all these points—and I think I've made my points quite clear. If you feel victimized as an atheist in a post where you entered specifically to insult, denigrate, and elevate your own stance over believers—you will most certainly lose a ton of respect. No, it's not the other way around—and preach this message all you want I'm not crying. I know your life purpose is not to waste your energy on such matters, but I have all the energy in the world.

And my stance is—you can leave. Hit the road if you want to tell me that God isn't real. I won't cry. You deny God's place in my world, and I don't need you; you are a rogue in the human species—peace out boy scout.

But, if you haven't noticed—dude, Christ himself called hypocrites out constantly, even referred to people as walking caskets—overthrew synagogues rampant with greed—and questioned the people of the time; he was a preacher who came to bring others to repentance, and brought a sword.
