Unfortunately, I believe this would bring down the game in a PvP zone. If you had this option in a safe zone, I would agree.

Just from reading the abstract I can almost certainly say that 95% or more of the people on this forum won't understand anything in this paper. In fact, I can only think of about 5 names total off the top of my head who would get anything out of this at all.

I'll probably read it anyways since I'm interested in game design, networking, etc, so thanks. I'm just saying though if your goal was to inform people, most people on here would need something drastically simpler to understand how it applies to Graal or even what any of it means.
