I don't get how you're this stupid. "The plan", which meant that was originally what was going to happen, but as it says, the project was delayed so Countryside was not released along with the quest.

No, because Countryside is not released. Put 2 and 2 together, Countryside is not released, because the quest project was delayed and Countryside has been delayed until 2016.

I want to punch you in the face. I just can't believe that you cannot comprehend that the quest unlocked Countryside is a player-rumor. Yes the original plan stated that it was planned to release with Countryside, but it was delayed once again. The quest alas only unlocks a trash pick.

The quest takes place in a village that's actually in countryside (It looks a little different since we had to edit the layout a bit to direct the player through the quest).

Countryside will be released soon enough.
