Are there any websites that allows you to make GIFs longer than 10 seconds? Imgflip is the only one I know that does, but it requires a premium account.

The only time I ever had to purchase a photoshop license was back in college, only because it would otherwise get the college in trouble.

You don't need it if it's your job, I've been using photoshop for over a decade perfectly fine without paying a dime on it other than the few years in college.
