It's different for everybody. You don't necessarily have to follow an eating plan. I maintain an 8 pack and still eat brownies and cookies as much as I can lmao. And the other thing, I don't run. Well, sort of. I do when I go to MMA, but that's for warm ups.

True that, but most of the time, afaik, it won't work out too well without having eating plans and schedules. Either that or people lose motivation because it usually takes months to become ripped, considering you've got normal if not crappy genetics. But yea, everyone should try out and get in touch with their own body. I mainly listen the 'mainstream facts', which are more or less proven. Nevertheless, if you follow the mainstream you should be fine though. Nothing is possible without hard work though. :|
