NPC Idea
 There should be a type of enemy NPC that can perform basic bullet dodging, spacing when firing and a level of intelligence. I mentioned this in my post, "Vision For Cops VS Gangsters."  Places for enemy NPCs: 1. (Taken from my post mentioned above) When building up streaks. Enemy NPCs could take the form of one Cop/Gangster, depending on your alignment, every time you get a broadcasted streak milestone. Ex.: 50 steak, 100 streak, etc. 2. Gang Bases. Enemy NPCs can be here in the form of mercenaries. The whole gang would be notified automatically when the mercenaries attack. This only happens when only the gang has been in the base for 5-20 minutes alone, with no traffic.(couldn't decide the best time  ). The mercenaries only respawn if the base continues to be "empty."3. A practice spar arena. Here, NPCs will be like coaches for new players. After every round the player will receive feedback from other players or the NPC him/her self. Right now, that's the only 3 places I can think of. *The addition perk to having this is the ability to change the NPCs during holidays. Ex.: Base Mercenaries could be dressed up as bunnies on Easter.
