Can there be a type of refund thing like uploading heads and stuff. Sometimes, I buy things thinking they fit properly and when i start using it and hugging and stuff the hat is way off.

like you can tap on the hat and thereès a refund button beside the buy and cancel that gets disabled an hour of owning the hat and stuff  

I mean, that's what the preview is for. I don't think the hugging position for hats is gunna be used long enough by people to actually make it a big deal if the main four positions of the hat fit right. If they actually do put a refund button in the game I would put it at 5 mins max, and mostly just because I've accidently bought hats on more than one occasion.

He means he wants refunds for hats the same way you can refund heads because he isn't happy with the alignment of the hats he buys.

And there def is a tool on graaldepot to preview heads/bodies/shields all at the same time if you wish  

All the hats that are made are mostly made using the noob head template so if you wanna fix it then just use the defult head then you wouldn't run into problems like this :c

Its just grabbing though, you hug everyday bro? If you do... **** you for not hugging me.

But yeah grabbing pulling all the sorts arent a big problem but I'd see how you feel.  

It's more then that, I usually buy hats to spar with and I'd like for them to feel comfortable to move around with. Some hats I end up buying feel like ****.  

How about a hat adjustion system? where you can put it a bit up, a bit down, a bit to the left, a bit to the right.

This would be cool, dunno if the devs wanna put the work into it though.  

problem is that with hats, you put them on your head and they remain in your inventory... furniture you place as an object and it is removed from your inventory. Each item you get would have to have a timer on it... that means if you bought like 500 items in one go, then you would have 500 timers running... it isn't too hard for one character/account, but imagine having like 2000 people who decided to buy 100 things each? 200,000 unique timers suddenly starting up might cause some issues :3

Not necessarily, not every new feature has to introduce more dreaded server lag. You could just record the time at which the hat was bought and if they chose to refund their item, they'd compare the current time to said recorded time. Aside from storage of the aforementioned data, it'd introduce no additional strain on the server and still be a robust solution.
