As I read this in pooping but I mean if you can find the hat file on era data base. Then I guess it is from era

Tricky made it and she put it first on olwest but she decided use it for era too. She made it so she can chose where use it

There is lots of hats like this on classic/era/zone thats not just on one server, person who made the hat/s choice if they want it there or not.(majority of the time its owner of hat thats put it on server anyway)
