Depends on what you get. it takes longer but sell loot to NPCs individually.
(especially if you have 100+ loots)

farming is easy but you need patience. it will take you some time to get gralats and lock 'em, here's my farm:


this and the guildhouse with bridge got best farms.

yes, they give you more gralats. here's a guide.  

find someone who needs their lawn mowed
mow it
get paid
buy gralats

guaranteed faster than any in-game method  

I've taken to the tree house Guild House for farming. I think I've got a good idea why it's L-shaped ;)

Also, shameless promotion, my full loot collection (And guide) is also at my gh. Find me in game for an invite  

What I tend to do is go to pyrat bay every day, and get patches until I have collected all the bombs I can hold. Once that happens I go to my guild house and farm with all the bombs, locking the gralats. I go back and do the same thing until I have all 75 patches. After that I go loot and farm when I have time.

This, as well as pking for bombs after Pyrat is done.

Or do what everyone else does and buy packs.  

Go babysit your neighbor's child.
