The assumption that everyone who needs governmental assistance "didn't work as hard" is really problematic since it excludes a lot of people based on upbringing, situation at birth, identity, and even chance. Just because you happened to win at Russian Roulette doesn't mean it's a fair game to play.

holy **** please kill yourself. Please. That stuff is a lie 95% of the time. That stuff is there choice. It's there fault they did poor in school, it's there fault they got into drugs or gangs etc, it's there fault that they went into a crappy job, guess what folks? Every decision in life that you make has a choice, no body is forcing you to do anything in this country. Everyone now is given a vary fair chance at schooling. I know so many kids who went to these ass tier charter middle schools. They wanted to get in a better school because they wanted to do well in life, so they sent there middle school transcripts into highschools, when highschools see that there are damn good grades, it isn't hard to get a huge scholarship. It helps even more if you are black, asain, latino etc and have solid grades in a bad school and you apply to a majority white school. The odds of them NOT accepting you are so low because if they have diversity, it makes there school look a lot better on paper, thus a higher chance at government help funding. Theres also a bunch of very cheap and good colleges out there that can get you far. Especially if you get a good degree, if you are smart you can go to a trade school or a 2 year college for about 10-20k a year. If you have good grades and constantly challenge yourself, you can get a ton of scholorships, that being said if your family or if you live alone can't afford the remaining cost you can take a student loan. Your student debts would probably be around 10k by the end of it all and that is insanely low debt. If you have a 2 year degree you can get a good job at a company that nets 20-50k a year easily. It's not hard folks, you just gotta have motivation to do well and show it. The only time that this is actually legit because of there upbringing is if they are born with some crippling disability. Not muh ADD or muh ADHD, thats a bunch of petty bull****. I mean legit ones like deaf, blind, missing limbs, etc. Even then they can do very well in life if they get the proper aid. Trumps tax plan favors those who WANT to do well, Sanders tax plan favors those who DONT want to do well.
As for infastructure, Trump can make waaaaaaaaaay more money over Bernie because Trump is going to put a 35% import tax on anything that comes into the US from a US company. A lot of stuff now comes from places outside the US from US companies. Most of that stuff is not cheap items, like your cars. a 35% import tax on a thing that is expensive as hell to ship is going to make a lot of money + renegotiate all bad deals with other countries to stop trade defacites that will save a bunch of money. Sanders is just gonna rob the rich, that sucks for the people who got rich through hard work and not through cheap ways like family, bankers, wall street etc.

Okay, a 35% import tax is actually not a good idea. If that came to fruition those companies would leave the United States entirely. Trying to add jobs in factories by trying to force these companies to move their factories back is a waste, because that's not what the United States is good at from a opportunity cost stand point. Why should we build, say, processors if we can get them cheaper from a different county? To add low income jobs and restrict the growth of business, which, if they did grow, would add high income jobs for innovators?

Acting like it's a crime that companies ship work overseas is really not all that smart. If Chinese workers are willing to work for cheaper than ours, let them. Our companies will be able to either A. Sell at lower prices on the home front. Or B. Create more jobs because they are an efficient company. Perhaps both.

Like for example, the IPhone. If you order one online it's shipped from Shenzen, china. Chances are the only American that touches it will be the delivery man.
Yet that is actually a good thing. It's a good thing that American workers don't have to do that kind of work anymore. Physically assembling the iPhone is the easy part. What gives the iPhone it's value is it's unique design and it's sleek and industrial feel. The people making the real money from the iPhone are the innovators who work in Silicon Valley who make the iPhone what it is.

So, trade deficits are not a bad thing at all.


HOWEVER, that doesn't mean I am for Bernie.

Well, I tend to disagree with socialism, but I really think that we need Paid Maternal Leave in the United States. Honestly ridiculous that it hasn't happened yet.

Unbelievable how many families have to take on debt just so they can take care of their kid for the first year of their life.

1. Think you misunderstood what I was saying. I was saying take a year off not support your kid through work. you don't have much of a choice as to whether as a parent on what you have to do. One of the bread-earners takes time off, you can't leave a kid alone.

2. Now, if you meant that they should be able to take a year off without running into debt, and if they don't have that kind of job then don't a kid, then only 10% of the US would be eligible to have a kid.

Nanny's are an option in which neither parent needs to stay home from work. Regardless however, kids aren't something you need to have, if you dont have the time/money you shouldn't have them. Don't get whats not clear about that.
