Pacman, you should create a Google Doc Application for Noob Killerz. I think that would be the best bet for going about recruiting as well as make you look professional

Hi, I'm Dellik, and I am a professional flag hitter. My favorite hobby is hitting flags. My graal experience includes over 2000 hours of hitting flags. Yes I am, my name was Panda then I think. EM was really fun, I like guilds that arent so populated that they sleep in the same tower with ten or more members 24/7.
