Looks good, personally I would switch the video card for a 380 4G(saw one on sale for ~170) or a 380x if you can find one for the price and change the hard drive to a WD instead of seagate since their quality is better but otherwise its great.

Whoops didnt read it right, and yeah I bet you can play at high no problem if you're playing 1080p

When you switch your motherboard your build may turn out to be cheaper and you'ok be set for a good while.

Trust me if my 4130 can run fallout 4 medium this can run it like a dream almost.  

If you're gonna spend 650 dollars you might aswell save a little bit more.
