The only reason this was updated on pc graal first was to prevent hackers from logging on hacked accounts on rc. so there will be no pc graal comebacks!

The way to phrase it would be that you can't VPN during a spar or guild spar, or while in a tower, which are the competitive aspects of the game that VPN influences by far the most.

There are two reasons to do this. One would be ban evasion (in which it makes sense). The other would be delay hacking (in which it doesn't make much sense, because there are better approaches).

this person finished at TOP 10 in the easter egg event, but he decided to VPN. He also impersonated, Thallen, Comyt, Ryo and other notorious reputable sparrers.
