Okay I'm going to try and convince Sky, the manager of Kingdoms, to add a new kingdom that I shall rule. To do this, I'm rallying players to cover a wide range of roles so that I can build an army worthy of carrying a hostile takeover. We will then occupy either the main island or Forest. From there we'll build up wealth and power, and Sky will have no choice but to grant us the right to be recognized as a kingdom as dictated by the spirit of the server! Who's with me? Who wants to not only breathe life into this server that is currently being improved at a steady pace in vain, but to make our mark on it?!

They did a very long time ago....

What they should bring back is the Karakaze Troupe, albeit with less misconduct.

That's what they've been doing. They already have implemented dungeons that range from levels 1-10 to levels 100-110, as well as many easy quests for plat+mental exp, AND you can now buy as many Enchant Armor, Prepare Weapon and Improve Weapon Damage scrolls as you need in a new shop, AND all the essential skill scrolls (including literacy!) are available for purchase at another new shop, and now once you hit a certain level you can get a free gold key every day from a room in the Bomboria trade house, which instead of going into the dungeon to use to get stat potions you just go to an npc on the overworld and give them a gold key and get whatever stat potion they say they are giving.  

Most people get to 110 from Mental so they can't even fight a 110 monster.

Meh, unless you want to make some hardcore items with alchemy you don't really ever touch mental. They need to implement quests that give physique and some god specific ones that give wisdom exp.  

That's how people get to level 110. They make Dust of Visibility to get to level 107 in Mental. How do people get so much plat? Sell Dust of Piercing Vision to shop NPCs.  

I'd suggest taking hostage's and hold them at sword point, therefore he will have no other option but to grant your wishes!
