Get a nice pair of channel locks ( I recommend spring loaded ones ) , and pull your teeth out, one by one.

Talk to somebody about why you are mad and feel like this, fixing your problem is much better than ignoring it and constantly hurting yourself over it.

Self harm isn't worth it and is not a topic that needs to be discussed here, if anyone encourages you to do it ignore them(which is what will happen asking a question like this on Graalians).

I would recommend looking up ways to control urges like these and finding one that works for you.
