If people just get scammed out of them when they join and have no knowledge of the game, why not make them hit at least 10 hours or so when they have more knowledge of the game before enabling the ability to honor someone.  

That is a good idea, but there needs to be a warning or something in the tutorial for new players

Every new Facebook account has the ability to give them out, so they're pretty easy to lame. As there's only one shop where you can use them too, they should just remove them. So many useless currencies on this server at the moment.

Yeah, I don't see why they aren't just removed. Nobody uses them for their intended purpose.

Or, remove the shop. Keep honor points, but only allow them to be given out when a person with the full version of graal (or custom pack etc) has at least 10 hours. Just keep them as a hidden statistic. I'm sure it could come of use for various reasons.  

Eh, removing the shop but keeping the points wouldn't help, either a restriction on the points until a certain criteria is met, or they be removed from the game would be most effective.  

Removing the shop and keeping the stat hidden would mean people would stop scamming them.  

Removed from the game or putting a warning in the tutorial are both good ideas, but I'd prefer the second one because what if you were honored for actually helping a new player? Wasn't that the whole point when it started?
