PC client is probably going to be dropped. But sure, let him waste his money.  

I mean ya it's not exactly ideal buying a server, but straight up telling him not to do that without an explanation, is just gonna confuse him more lol

If anything i imagine that pc servers will be shut down. Likely to remove unnecessary headaches being caused by something thats likely no longer generating much revenue for their company. Probably more of a hassle than they deem worthy at this point.  

I don't think that the PC client is going to shut down because iAdmins need it to log in and because players buy their own server and give up 1month later, leaving it empty and not overloading the server. Profit!

Client wont get "shut down", yeah.. but im willing to bet that if anything classic pc servers eventually will.. or most of them atleast.
