I just noticed Obsidian and Cbra legends got removed/deleted from zone. Like what happened? I hear people saying they got hacked.

The guilds were created by other players.

Obsidian and CBRA LEGENDS were given back to their owners and I have refunded their guild hours.

It was the hacker that got onto their accounts and disbanded their guilds. I believe Poseidon is holding Obsidian until Dragun's account is not hacked anymore. SAB - or whoever owned CBRA - owns CBRA again.
