Well actually I was thinking, why isn't there just a general menu that says like X Kicked X or like X gave X powers to X or like X Did This To X

or even like an in game forum of sorts thats only accesible to the squads? there squads could talk privately and there could be a log of the squad in there too. wow. this idea is great! it wouldve definitely saved my squad since I would always talk about every little nit picky update that occurs, such as why the lead change. We should add this. AND NEVER GET RID OF IT.

I'll use Areus as an example since Sangue is dead for the forseeable future. (you know... unless you guys wanted to maybe join... #Sangue1999Hours) Wasn't even planning on basing on it again even if I got it back...

Areus had like 2.7K i think when they lost their squad. That's not just a "why don't you make another squad" type of thing. Even at 1K there's still a huge gap to just ditching a squad.

As a former dev I get making excuses. But somethings don't get excuses. I'm more territorial of my squad than anything I own(ehh. some people would argue that I care mighty fine about that engelluuuuuuv hat...) on graal. I care more about Sangue than the Atoms of the other servers. People are bonded towards certain squads. Classic has those type of squads. NAL. CoM. And between whoever the crap is towering nowadays, there's probably one really strong bond. Era has it. GETS. GERS. Obs. Zone has it. Saith Family. Aim Family. Even Ol' West... (No examples there cause I've never based on OW*)

Even when nobody has powers and nobody owns the squad we all still remain on the Sangue tag. I'm just the only vocal one.

I think every leader would understand why precautions should have been made a long time ago for these transfering rules. I'm not saying that it's bad that we have them now, but they don't favor the intent of the original owner at all.

It doesn't even have to just be basing ones. I've been in guilds on classic that later got stolen and while it's not like the social guilds lose hours, they lose the name. The name means everything. If it didn't, people wouldn't be annoyed if other servers used their names.(I'm still hunting for that Sangue on classic... soon...)

Yeah is actually his guild on zone. He has pic also of being leader at 100hrs I think that pretty much confirms it to such extent, should really have squad by now but how he's gone about it is wrong and made it worse for himself. p.s. don't write a load to post as majority of the posts just make worse @skt.

Uh. Uh. When Hitler invaded Germany he sent one of his other leaders go in front of everyone else. He died. His members were sent to the closest leader. That's kind of similar right? If someone is unavailable, with good cause, there should be like something that says that certain members can claim position. Right? Idk. Someone relate it to eachother.

Note to future me, make a guild leadership document. Put it out on forums. Give it to every leader to sign off when they transfer it. #Legalities***

Yeah, we all know that Skt founded Sangue and that it is his Squad. Im just saying the way he approached the issue might lead him to not get it back. If he would of created a simple thread stating "this and this" and not spammed Graalians with bunch of irrelvant nonesense mk? he would most likely of gotten his squad back.

Why? are you that relateble to hitler?  

Fun fact: you aren't special. Nobody is. Just because you gave your guild off and now want it back, the staff making the only rational decision and not transferring leadership to you doesn't make it some injustice equal to hitler and all he did.

Honestly i respect chelt for how he's handled this so far, but I also imagine he sees why its not even worth responding to these threads or the people that make them. They aren't worth the time wasted and you can't fix stupid no matter how hard you try.

i dont see how that makes it any more of a legitimate request. He can wait until they have been offline for the full duration. He doesn't deserve special treatment, but frankly I think it should act like classic's system and auto-disband inactive guilds/squads/whatever so the staff don't have to get involved because it is a waste of their time.  

I understood Skt argument correctly, he just want his hours back so the auto-disband system doesn't change anything in this case. However, due to me being fairly reasonable I would like to see Chelterrar and Skt come to a comprimise because losing a squad that you've put in countless hours of work into kinda sucks.

@Chelterrar We might not be on best terms but ik as well as most people who are avid Zone players that Skt is the original owner of Skt and deserves to have his squad back mk? also congrats on the euro win =)  

People always tell me I handle stuff wrong. Maybe they're percieving things incorrectly? A majority doesn't make something right.

You bring up Hitler and everyone loses their minds, even when the intent of bringing him into this was in by no means a violent one. #UnbanHitlerFromBlockedWords. I've gotten banned twice on ZPlay because of my stance on this issue, and it still hasn't affected me yet. I'm not saying Hitler did anything good, I'm merely saying that if you can't say his name without people throwing a fit, I don't see why the user of the name should be punished.

Can I just point out that G Fatzy has been the only one to post anything relevant to this thread within the premise that this thread is to give squads more rights over their ownership? This has nothing to do with my case. I've just been using it as an example as I am speaking out due to my relationship of the matter.
