Turned my xbox on today, where i found this error. It is making me unable to play anything as the dashboard isn't working very well. Also took about 10 minutes to go past the green load up screen. Originally, I contacted an ambassador, however, the person i spoke to was a tad bit unhelpful. Simply telling me to go ask someone else how to fix it.



Which is why i come here, because i am almost certain someone will know how to fix this.

(Preferably not making me reset the xbox.)

I also don't see how a startup error is a problem with xbox live? Please could someone explain as the ambassador left after typing 'np'.  

Wait, why did you go to an ambassador instead of entering a chat with the actual Xbox support? If you don't end up finding your answer here, I would definitely recommend doing that. As much as I don't like Xbox, every chat I've ever had with their support has been excellent.

I've visited Xbox Live's support a couple times and out of all of them it's been really great. I've had the chat and a few phone calls to fix problems.

They all helped me fix it (also helped me get my account back) and gave me two months of free Gold live.
It's pretty great.

I think I had that exact error code on the first week after I got my new Xbox One. I talked to support multille times and went through multiple steps to fix it and none of them worked. I was told I'd have to send my Xbox in to get it repaired, so I just returned it to the store on the last day I could return it and got a new xbox instead. You should talk to their support and see if any of the other options work for you. Their support are really annoying, though, because they always ask how your day is, how you're doing, etc. and it just drags the whole process on even longer, especially since it's over online chat, not phone. You can search error codes on their website too and it will give you the exact same thing that their online support staff use to try to resolve your issues.

UPDATE:

After several attempts of turning the xbox one on/off i turned to youtube. I found a video where someone changed the resolution of the xbox, it worked for many people in the comment section, so i tried. It never worked at first, however after switching the xbox on about 5 hours later it seems like the xbox is back to normal again. I have no idea if it fixed because of the resolution, but nonetheless, my xbox is fixed now.  

Thought you were trying to hack the forums when I first read the title
