I was around when you -> gave <- it to him. There's no point in getting mad over not getting a pixelated hat when all you did was give him the gang, and not help base the rest of the hours.

You were definitely not around. It was me and him, he bought it. And it had 400, got a few people on this forum who would back me up, because they were in the original gang.

This is like giving away the leadership to anyone to "upload a picture", it is a risk. From the convo, he seemed to be adding it on Friday, then you became inactive and he couldn't add you to the list, so he just uploaded it.

So skimmed through but personally if was given on the base of that he would get 1.5k hat ..Then he should get 1.5k hat regardless of new leader or guild(but evidence of that exact thing would need to be shown-p.s not how it really is but personally think it should be), if it was bought then both sides are in the wrong as it is illegal. All in all it's a risk and shouldn't really be done as it's obvious that many already scam stuff on graal servers. @scripters about surely there is a way to stop this kind of thing -like having a transfer market selling guilds put up for whatever they are wanting for them or even better make so guilds can have multiple leaders(with main ldr-and if other leaders tried to disband it would need main ldr to authorise)

Let me say, there isnt or never will be a forum post saying that selling gangs is illegal. Now, selling GANG ITEMS are illegal and will result in further punishment. The said owner of the gang gave/sold the gang to a potential buyer and the deal was made. If you expected a hat after selling a gang then not helping, then tough luck. You sold it, you didn't help, and you don't get a reward. Just so we are clear giving gangs away is legal. It doesn't mess with any of the rewards as you gave that person the gang. Thanks.

If it were a crime, this isn't technically a crime because admins aren't responsible for things like this, if he was selling the gang hat it'd be a whole other story.
